This has been such a blessing…Or more like a lightning bolt of inspiration and nourishment for me. Christina’s guidance has truly transformed my approach to eating, cooking, and nourishment.  Prior to the FWAL meal plan, cooking for myself and my family felt like an unsustainable, hard, overwhelming, complex, and unattainable chore.  Menu planning has been a catalyst for change in how I think about meals and cooking and helped me realize cooking didn't need to be so hard and it didn't need to be such a chore. The weekly meal plans have helped me build out a toolkit of recipes that I can easily whip together but are still delicious and feel special!  I have never felt more nourished in my life.  Thank you FWAL!
