As a food coach and owner of Foodie With A Life, I teach meal planning designed for busy people. Foodie With A Life began in 2011 as a blog based on my own journey showcasing how incorporating a few easy meal-planning strategies changed my life. A demanding job had created a cycle of take-out food and low energy. Today, I combine an extensive catering, food service, supply chain, tech, and grocery retail background with a passion for International cuisine to chronicle how making a few delicious dishes a week helped me regain the quality of life I desired. Take-out is now a treat and home-cooked meals are the norm. Our family feels nourished by the food that serves us.
In 2021, I launched a meal-planning business as a full-time food coach. Clients range from busy working professionals to families trying to please five different palates. Foodie With A Life offers customized menu plans, coaching, podcast, and a seasonal recipe subscription.
Can you really eat well and have a full life? Absolutely! It’s about having a loose plan for the week, setting yourself up for success, and building your recipe repertoire with techniques that serve you. These strategies are straight from my kitchen and bustling life and I hope they find their way into yours as well.
Cheers,
Christina
