With a background in food service, supply chain, grocery retail, and tech, I have a unique perspective on grocery shopping, ingredients, cooking whole foods, and managing a busy life.

When I launched Foodie With A Life I saw that my friends and I were working and living full lives but left with little time to prepare healthy, wholesome, delicious food – something we craved but didn’t prioritize.  In 2011, I launched a blog as a resource for other busy people to access simple gourmet dishes with easy-to-follow instructions.

Now, as a mom, my need to provide healthy, delicious food for myself and my family hasn’t changed, but my perspective has.  I’ve doubled down on strategies for menu planning and simple dishes with fewer ingredients.

From a cooking perspective, I teach clients the Menu Plan framework, and how a flexible weekly plan will set you up for success so home-cooked nourishing meals are attainable and enjoyable.

It’s not just about food though, it’s about quality of life: doing less, and having space to breathe.

These recipes and cooking techniques save me hours while making healthy nourishing food attainable. Let’s get you to a great place, feeling your best.
