Peaches and cream is Eddie’s favorite dessert of all time. I took Warm Peaches and Bleu Cheese to a bachelorette cabin trip this month and was inspired by my friend Misty. She said she remade them at home with just a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar! Sounded wonderful. So here we are again, back in the kitchen. From Misty’s advice, I thought it was time to take Eddie’s dessert up a notch.
We had an impromptu dinner party the other night and I served these for dessert. Since many of you know I don’t bake, this was an easy yet foodie treat that “WOW”ed our guests.
Foodie Note: Substitute any ripe stone fruit you like; this would be equally delectable with nectarines or apricots!
