Why has it been socially acceptable to eat s’mores with cold chocolate for so long? The marshmallow is fluffy and warm, the graham cracker is crunchy, and then the chocolate is super thick and awkward. It over powers the s’mores, if you ask me. And since this is my blog, you basically did. Over 4th of July weekend, genius struck as I jammed a little piece of a Theo Chocolate bar in the center of a cold marshmallow. Then it was roasted to a perfect char, and eaten on a little graham cracker ‘plate’ (aka: open faced). The chocolate melted beautifully as it mingled with the caramelized ‘mallow. Try this one at your next campfire; summer will never be the same.
