I visited a friend in Santa Monica this spring and we went to the local Sunday market. We both got breakfast at a booth serving vegetarian sandwiches, grilled to order. The sandwich was quite tasty, but the best part was the water jug. They had packed a healthy handful of fresh herbs into a water jug with ice. Simple and no frills but it turned a 6oz paper cup of water into an event.
1 gallon water
10 sprigs of fresh sage leaves
10 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
Place herbs in a pitcher with water and ice. Easy!
