Grilled Raisin Bread Bites
Per a previous post, I believe raisin bread is a gift from the heavens, thus letting any of it go to waste seems sacrilegious. I took the heel of a loaf that was past it’s prime, cut it into 1″ pieces, tossed with a tablespoon of melted butter and grilled in a hot cast iron grill pan. Sprinkle with a touch of salt and you’ll be lucky if these Grilled Raisin Bread Bites make it to a salad before disappearing.
